Quotes & bookings

Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Work is only confirmed once we’ve replied to agree the service, price and date. Quotes are free. We’ll always confirm the cost of any survey or work in writing before it’s carried out.

Access & cancellations

You’re responsible for arranging access to the property at the agreed time. If we can’t gain access, or an appointment is cancelled at short notice, a charge may apply — we’ll set this out when we confirm the work.

Our work & reports

Asbestos surveys, sampling, removal and disposal are carried out with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, and reflect the conditions found at the time of the visit. Survey reports and clearance records are provided for the instructing client’s use.

This website

The content here is provided for general information. We keep it accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but it doesn’t form part of any contract until a booking is confirmed in writing.
